1. Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Customers may request cancellation only before the order is processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone.

Cancellation Not Allowed In These Cases
- Order already dispatched or out for delivery
- Perishable or fresh food items already prepared or packed
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
2. Cancellation of Perishable Items
- Perishable items include fresh or short shelf-life food products.
- Such items cannot be cancelled once preparation or packing has begun.
- Any exception is solely at the discretion of Inai Foods.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the order amount will be refunded.
- Refunds are processed via UPI to the UPI ID provided by the customer.
- Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days after approval.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Delivery failures caused by incorrect address details
4. Cancellation by Inai Foods
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or technical error
- Delivery location outside Tamil Nadu
- Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction
In such cases, customers will be notified via email or SMS, and refunds will be initiated via UPI.
5. Delivery Refusal
- If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, no refund may be provided.
- Shipping or handling charges in such cases are non-refundable.
6. Returns Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns are subject to strict conditions.
Eligible for Returns (Within 7 Days)
- Unused, unopened, and undamaged products
- Products in original condition and packaging
Important:
- Opened, used, or tampered food products cannot be returned.
- Perishable food items are not eligible for return once delivered, unless damaged or spoiled at delivery.
7. When Returns Are Accepted
- Wrong item delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Expired or near-expiry product received
- Defective or leaking packaging
- Ordered item not received

- Product photos
- Order ID
- Delivery details
8. How to Request a Return

9. Return Pickup & Refund Method
- Approved returns will be picked up from your address.
- Pickup service is available only within Tamil Nadu.
- Returned items must be securely packed.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are issued via UPI within 3–7 business days.
10. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong or damaged product was delivered.
