1. Serviceable Locations

Inai Foods delivers orders across India, subject to courier serviceability and pin code availability.

Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted areas based on logistics partner coverage.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  1. Non-Perishable Items (Flours & Podis):
    • Tamil Nadu: 2–6 business days
    • Other states in India: 5–12 business days
  2. Perishable / Fresh Items:
    • Delivered only to selected nearby regions based on feasibility
    • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to distance, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, depend on:

  1. Order weight and dimensions
  2. Delivery location and distance
  3. Product type (perishable or non-perishable)
  4. Active promotions or free-shipping offers

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


4. Order Processing Time

  1. Non-perishable items are usually processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
  2. Perishable or fresh items are typically processed on the same day or the next business day.

Processing times may increase during high order volumes, stock constraints, holidays, or operational delays.


5. Delivery Attempts

  1. Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  2. If the customer is unavailable, multiple delivery attempts may be made.
  3. If delivery fails repeatedly due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned and cancelled.

In such cases, shipping charges may not be refundable.


6. Perishable & Fresh Items

  1. Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address for perishable items.
  2. Inai Foods is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed receipt by the customer.
  3. No returns or replacements are allowed for perishable items after successful delivery, unless the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, opened, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must share photos and order details for verification.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  1. Inai Foods is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  2. Orders returned due to address issues or repeated delivery failures may be cancelled.
  3. Shipping charges may not be refunded in such cases.

9. Non-Serviceable Areas

We may not be able to deliver to:

  1. P.O. Box addresses
  2. Certain remote or restricted locations
  3. Areas not covered by courier partners
